Air India Starts Extending Namaskar Service to All Passengers at IGI Delhi for a Nominal Fee

As its part of passenger-centric services, Air India has started a new Namaskar Service at the Indira Gandhi Airport, Delhi. The Namaskar service is a unique meet and assist service which will help the passengers with various tasks right on from helping with their luggage, filling necessary documentations, issuing a boarding pass and more. The Namaskar Service would essentially be useful specially for the children and elders and travellers who are travelling alone.

Air India Namaskar Service Now Available to All Passengers

The service can also be utilised by in-transit passengers and other fliers who are boarding a flight for the first time and might find the entire process very daunting. It is quite possible that passengers who are flying for the first time, elders or children might have trouble navigating through the airport, or they might not know the processes well. Hence, Air India will extend the Namaskar services to these passengers.

Airline to Provide Assistance Under Namaskar Service

As per Air India, this service, “offers dedicated assistance to facilitate your travel from Delhi Airport. No worries for travelling with heavy baggage, anxieties due to unfamiliarity with the airport, long queue for check-in etc.”

It is worth noting that once the Namaskar service was only available for the first class passengers of Air India, but now the service will be accessible by all passengers for a nominal fee.
