First of all, it is important to determine that the Axis Pride Signature card isn’t a typical airline card. It doesn’t offer airline points or miles like other cards such as IndiGo 6E Rewards Ka-Ching HDFC Bank credit card. Axis Pride Signature card only offers free airport lounge access to the passengers or customers.

Every passenger holding the card can access 10 different airport lounges across 5 major cities of India 2 times every quarter. There is no limitation for it being a domestic or international airport lounge. The cardholder can go to any of the select lounges for free two times per quarter within India.

There are other benefits associated with the card as well. Any person holding the Axis Pride Signature card can get 15% discount on their bill whenever they visit select/partner restaurants or hotels of Axis Bank.

Adding to this, the cardholder can get the card personalised with the shades of Indian tricolour. A 4th embossed line can be dedicated to the Army, Air Force, or Navy of the country. There is also fuel waiver of up to Rs 400 every month on transactions worth between Rs 400 and Rs 4,000. Also, you will earn Yatra points on the transactions you make using the Axis Pride Signature Card. Each Yatra point has a value of Rs 0.40.

Axis Pride Signature Card Eligibility

Individuals who are eligible for this card should be Indian defence personnel, Indian citizen, or Non-Resident India (NRI) aged (for primary cardholders) between 18 and 70 years. In case of an add-on cardholder, the applicant must be 18 years and above.

A PAN Card photocopy or Form 60, colour photograph, latest payslip, a residency proof, and an identity proof will have to be provided by the applicant to the bank.

Axis Pride Signature Card Fees/Charges

The joining fee for the Axis Pride Signature card is absolutely nil. But from the second year onwards, the cardholder will be liable to pay Rs 500 as the annual charge for the card. But even that fee can be waived off for the holder in case he/she spends more than Rs 40,000 through the card.

In case the card is lost or needs to replaced due to damage, the fee charged will be Rs 100. Whenever the payment is made through cash, a fee of Rs 100 will be implied.

The finance charges for retail and cash purchase both is 2.95% per month (41.7% annually). In case of a cash withdrawal (minimum Rs 500), the interest charged is 2.5% on the cash amount withdrew.
