Batik Air Malaysia (formerly known as Malindo Air), in response to the strong demand for connectivity to cities in India, has restored direct services from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to Mumbai, Kochi, and Bangalore effective August 2022. The airline also restored flights to Delhi and Trichy sometime later. Now, it's the turn of Amritsar. Batik Air to fly direct from Kuala Lumpur to Amritsar soon. Read to know more details.
Batik Air Kuala Lumpur to Amritsar Flight Schedule:
AAI's Amritsar airport will witness the resumption of direct flights to Kuala Lumpur after a gap of more than two years. The flight was terminated earlier in April 2020 due to the pandemic. Batik Air will restart the direct flight between Kuala Lumpur and Amritsar on 9th September 2022. The airline will be operating two flights a week on Friday and Sunday.

Batik Air also resumed services to Trichy after its previous announcement in July 2022. The airline flies twice daily, direct between Kuala Lumpur and Trichy. The schedule is as below.

Kolkata:
Batik Air will also expand its network with new services between Kuala Lumpur and Kolkata, effective 30th September 2022. Flight OD 281 will depart KLIA to Kolkata on 30th September 2022 and the travel duration is 3h 55m. Flight OD 282 will depart Kolkata to KLIA on 1st October 2022.
