IndiGo Fleet:

With its fleet of 276 aircraft (including 145 new generation A320 NEOs, 31 A320 CEOs, 35 ATRs and 65 A321 NEO), IndiGo is operating over 1600 daily flights and connecting 74 domestic destinations and 26 international destinations.

What type of aircraft does IndiGo fly?

IndiGo has three different types of aircraft in its fleet. 1. A320 2. A321 3. ATR

1. A310 Aircraft Seating Plan:

This aircraft has 180/186 (as per table) seats in an all-economy class configuration. There are three lavatories, one at the front and the rest two at the tail end of the aircraft. Rows 1, 12 and 13 are extra legroom seats. The emergency exits are located next to rows 12 and 13.

2. A321 Aircraft Seating Plan:

a. A321 - 222 Seating

This aircraft has 222 seats in an all-economy class configuration. There are three lavatories, one at the front and the rest two at the tail end of the plane. Rows 1, 17, 18 and 27 are extra legroom seats. The emergency exits are located next to rows 17 and 18.

b. A321 - 232 Seating

This aircraft has 232 seats in an all-economy class configuration. There are three lavatories, one at the front and the rest two at the tail end of the aircraft. Rows 29A and 29F are extra legroom seats. The emergency exits are located next to rows 18, 19, 28 and 29 A and 29F.

IndiGo passengers may choose a window seat, aisle seat, or a seat with extra legroom at the time of advance seat reservation for all the above types of aircraft.

3. ATR aircraft Seating Plan:

IndiGo’s ATR 72-600 is used mainly for the airline's short-haul routes. This aircraft has 74 seats in an all-economy class configuration. There is only one lavatory, located at the tail end of the aircraft. Rows 1 (Tail facing seats) and 2 are extra legroom seats. The emergency exits are located next to rows 1 and 2. IndiGo passengers may choose a window seat.
