GMR Prime Service of Hyderabad Airport Offers Stress-Free Travel Experience for Passengers

GMR Hyderabad International Airport has added another customer-centric initiative to its bouquet of services. Dubbed as GMR Prime Service, the package provides the highest standard services to passengers from the time of arrival at the airport regardless of passenger’s class of travel. The services included in the package are express check-in, personalised passenger assistance service, lounge access, fast-track security clearance and porter service. The intention is to make air travel a memorable experience for the passengers.

“From the time you get dropped off to enter the airport for your travel (for a departing passenger) or from the time you arrive at the terminal (for an arriving passenger), GMR Prime will be your go-to-buddy,” an official note from GMR said.

The airport has deployed a specially trained team for the implementation of GMR Prime Service. The passengers can choose the services in advance through GMR Prime mobile application, the website, or the airport counter.

Scope of GMR Prime Service

The scope of services is given under four categories – arrival services, departure services, transfer services and lounge services. The packages are customized to suit the requirements of the different classes of customers, from corporate travellers to senior citizens. There are two kinds of packages available – Gold and Platinum. While the Gold package offers porter service along with personalized services, the Platinum package adds lounge access as an additional offering.

Under porter service, the passenger can get additional porters for extra baggage, where one porter will handle up to three luggage of 90kgs.  For lounge access, there will be complimentary amenities for the passengers to enjoy.

A cancellation option is also provided, and GMR will initiate the refund process according to its cancellation policies. In any case, if the passenger who booked for GMR Prime Service fails to show up at the airport, no refunds or reimbursements shall be issued.

GMR Prime Service is open for both domestic and international passengers.
