Generally, if we talk about the baggage allowance, the standard baggage allowance of GoAir is 15kgs, but under GoBusiness the passengers will get a baggage allowance of 35Kgs. Customers can also book the services from the airport reservation counter, call centre and even through travel agents. Passengers must note that if they have booked the tickets and due to any uncertain events the travel time changes, tickets will be rescheduled/rebooked without any additional fares, only difference in fare, tax and surcharges will be applicable. Talking about cancellation charge in domestic bookings if the bookings are cancelled between 0-2 hours from the flight departure 100 % amount will be refundable, which would be exclusive of taxes.

And, if the bookings are cancelled Up to 2 hours before flight departure an amount of Rs 3,000 per passenger and segment will be applicable. Talking about international bookings if the cancellation is made between 0-4 hours from the flight departure 100 % amount will be refundable exclusive of taxes and if the bookings are cancelled Up to 4 hours from the departure of the flight an amount of Rs 4,500 per passenger and segment will be deductible. Passengers should also note that the excess baggage allowance and lounge access will not be applicable for upgrade and Complimentary chauffeur-driven transfer from Terminal to Aircraft and back will be available at selected airports.
