Benefits Under Bank of Baroda Offers
IndiGo has been the most lovable carrier of domestic aviation for all the right reasons. The carrier offers a variety of add-on benefits to its customers to give them a world-class flying experience. Under the Bank of Baroda offer, passengers booking their flight tickets on EMI payments will get 15 % cashback up to Rs 2,000. Passengers must note the offer will be valid only on Bank of Baroda credit cards. The promotional period of the offer will start from February 6, 2020, and will go on till August 31 2020. IndiGo has marked that both the days will be included in the promotional period.
When is the Offer Applicable?
IndiGo has noted that the offer will be applicable only when the customers have opted for equated monthly instalments (EMI) at the time of booking their flight tickets from the carrier’s official website or mobile app. The tenure of EMI can be selected by customers as per their convenience. The tenure will start from 3 months, and customers can go up to 24 monthly instalments. However, passengers must note that the rate of interest will differ in the tenure period, and no processing fees will be charged if the customers are opting for EMI payments.
Things You Must Know About the Offer
Passengers must note that the offer will be applicable on a minimum booking of Rs 4,000 or above. Also, the offer will be valid on one transaction by one customer only. Once the passengers have opted for the benefits, cashback process will be initiated within 60 to 90 days by the end of the promotional period and will be directly credited to the eligible customer’s bank account which will be subjected to customers fulfilling all the criteria of the terms of the offer. However, if the passengers do not receive the cashback within the said period of 60 to 90 days, they must notify BFSL by writing an official mail from their registered mail address. If the customer fails to notify BFSL, they will not be eligible for the cashback. Customers must also note that they will be charged a pre-closure fee of 3 % or Rs 100 on the outstanding principal amount of the EMI payment whichever will be higher, on account closure of EMI payment. Pre-closure of the EMI payment will be subjected to terms and conditions which will be prescribed by BFSL. If the passengers are booking their flight tickets through travel agents, corporates or any other third party platform, they will not be eligible for the offer as the offer is specially designed for B2C customers only. In case if the passengers cancel the booking fully or partially, no refund will be provided by BFSL and the offer will be void. However, if the transaction gets cancelled, customers must write to BFSL for pre-closure of payment along with their card number.
