IndiGo, the leading carrier in India, commenced direct flights to its 77th domestic and 103rd overall destination in the 6E network, Nashik. The airline's inaugural flights operated between Nashik and Goa (Mopa Airport), Nashik and Ahmedabad, as well as Nashik and Nagpur. Nashik is the seventh destination in Maharashtra to be added to the 6E network, enhancing accessibility within and outside the state. These new connections will promote trade, tourism, and mobility, fostering greater connectivity.

By enhancing accessibility to Nashik, famous for its rich history, IndiGo aims to promote commerce and tourism and boost economic growth in the region. The inclusion of these direct flights in the summer schedule will offer more choices to tourists visiting Nashik, India's wine capital, and professionals travelling to the major industrial hub for automobile companies."
