IndiGo Credit Shell, How to Use and More Information

Web Stories

India’s most loved budget carrier, IndiGo is offering its customers a credit shell against their flight cancellations. When your existing booking is suspended due to the COVID-19 situation, an IndiGo credit shell will be formed. It will be sent to the itinerary of your account and you can use it to make future bookings. The IndiGo credit shell will be made against your cancelled PNR number. Many airlines have taken a similar route to save themselves from giving out full refunds to their customers. It is understandable since airlines are facing a cash-crunch. If they returned cash to their customers, they would fall into an even deeper problem.
