What is Indigo Early?

IndiGo Early is a special type of offer provided by IndiGo which offers the passengers a seat in the earliest flight. If you’re a before time person and land early at the airport, you will be eligible for the offer, and you will get to choose a seat from the earliest flight at just Rs 1500. Talking about the terms, the service will be applied to all passengers who want to prepone their flight within 4 hours and only if they’re travelling in a domestic route. Also, to avail the benefits of IndiGo, early passengers must be physically present at the airport as the changes will be done at the airport only. Passengers must also note that Changes regarding flight will only be done if the passengers are willing to prepone their flight. The services will not be applicable in postponing the flight.

If you’re boarding in IndiGo, and you want to opt for IndiGo early you must consider the time gap to avail the offer which means the time difference between the flight you want to board and the flight you’ve already booked must be maximum 4 hours and any request of change will be confirmed only 60 minutes before the departure of the plane which the passengers are trying to board which will be subjected to seat availability and a fare of Rs 1500 per passenger. If the passenger is a minor and is without any guardian, their request to change the flight will be denied, and it will be only considered if they are accompanied by their parents or guardian. Also if the passengers have book their tickets in a group, the services will not be applicable in group bookings, and it will not be applicable on international flights as well whether in isolation or connection with a domestic flight.

IndiGo Flexi and Lite Fare Details

If you’ve booked your tickets under IndiGo Flexi, the passengers will be able to change their flights and date of the journey for end number of times, and they will not be charged any extra amount in making these changes. If you’re a frequent flyer, you can understand how much of a hassle it can be to change or cancel flights. Also, sometimes it becomes costly, but with IndiGo’s add-on services, you will be able to enjoy your journey without any trouble or additional costs. Talking about IndiGo Lite, it will give the passengers an exclusive option if they’re travelling lite. If the passengers are travelling for work purpose and they have their Cabin baggage with them. The IndiGo lite fare will help the passengers to minimise their ticket spend. In IndiGo lite you’ll not be allowed to carry check-in baggage, and to carry the check-in baggage with a lite ticket the passengers have to pay a fee of Rs 200 for 15Kg baggage allowance.
