As Valentine’s day draws near, more and more brands and companies are rolling out their special sales and offers. Not behind all of these, is the low-cost Indian carrier, IndiGo. Like it is the case in every festive season, IndiGo has again announced a three-day sale for Valentine’s week. In this sale, interested flyers will be able to get tickets for all-inclusive fares as low as Rs 899 for domestic flights and Rs 3,999 for international flights. The travel period for the tickets booked under this sale would be between February 26, 2019, and September 28, 2019.
Valentine's Week Sale from IndiGo
IndiGo in its press release has said that the sale would be a good opportunity for both leisure and business travellers who would be travelling in the above given time period. Further, IndiGo has announced that it would be shipping this offer across all distribution channels and passengers who book tickets through MobiKwik wallet will have the chance to avail an additional 15% SuperCash up to Rs 500.
Regarding the new Valentine’s Week sale, Mr William Boulter, Chief Commercial Officer, IndiGo said, “We are once again delighted to announce our three-day special sale across the IndiGo network starting today till February 13, 2019. Of course, 14th is St. Valentine's Day and with IndiGo offering attractive lower fares through this three-day sale, we are hopeful that our customers will use this opportunity to make this occasion more memorable for their loved ones.” The executive further added to his words, “This three-day special sale reinforces IndiGo’s commitment of providing all our customers with an on-time, courteous and hassle-free experience at low fares, always”.
IndiGo Signs Code Share Agreement with Turkish Airlines
In order to expand its international reach, IndiGo has signed a mutual codeshare agreement with Turkish Airlines. As part of this agreement, the low-cost carrier has also introduced its new flight from New Delhi to Istanbul with a promotional fare of Rs 23,999. The flight will be effective from March 20, 2019, onwards and it will be on an Airbus A321 aircraft. The to and fro flight from Delhi to Istanbul will be of daily frequency.
