On Tuesday, Jazeera Airways announced that it would start flying to Bengaluru on Thursdays and Saturdays starting on November 3. Flights to Kuwait will start at Rs 19,999 for one-way travel.
In October 2017, the largest local and international low-cost airline in Kuwait began operations in Hyderabad.
According to a statement from the airline, it has expanded to serve up to eight cities in India and currently offers 30 daily direct flights to Kuwait and other destinations.
"We are very excited to fly into the Garden City with two services per week connecting the Indian Expat population from Kuwait to India and taking our valued passengers back from India to Kuwait and beyond to a large number of leisure and pilgrimage destinations," said Romana Parvi, regional manager for South Asia.
Jazeera Airways currently flies to all routes available under the bilateral agreement between the two countries, the statement said. This launch is part of the airline's expansion in India.
