Ritz Carlton Bangalore New and Changed Services

Right off the bat, Ritz Carlton has emphasised on the importance of social distancing. It has introduced very stringent cleaning and sanitising protocols. Be it the guest rooms, high public areas such as hotel lobby or restaurants or the hotel cars, everything will be cleaned thoroughly.

The biggest change that you will notice is the contactless experience. For checking-in or checking-out, you will have to use your smartphone. In addition to this, for payments, only online payments will be accepted by the hotel. Room service will be done when guests are not in the room. All tables in the restaurant will be 6 feet apart. Along with that, customers will be provided with a digital menu.

For every person who enters the hotel, he/she will have to go through thermal checking. Personal protection kits will be available in the reception of the hotels. Room keys will be deposited separately so that they can be sanitised before used again.

All the hotel staff will go under a routine temperature check. With this, every employee of the hotel must have a green status on ‘Aarogya Setu’ app. The in-house cafeteria will only allow 50% of its capacity to be filled with people. Along with all this, air systems will be activated in rooms every 30 minutes to filter the old air.
