Ryanair, a budget airline in the United Kingdom (UK) has been voted to be the worst short-haul carrier for processing refunds during the COVID-19 pandemic. The passengers of the airline are not at all satisfied with their experience in dealing with Ryanair’s customer care service for requesting for refunds. According to a report from Sky News, many passengers of the airline had to wait for more than a month for getting their refund of the flight which was cancelled due to the pandemic.
