All the PPS and Krisflyer Club Memberships To Extend

Singapore Airlines has announced that all the PPS and Krisflyer membership statuses which are bound to end soon will be extended for another 12 months. This applies to every membership, which is due to expire between the period of March 2020 and February 2021. Much recently, Qatar Airways did the same with its membership and loyalty programs. CEO of Singapore Airlines, Goh Choon Phong said that this move by the airline is to counter the crippling effect that the recent public health care measures have left the airline in.

Customers Don’t Need To Worry For Claiming Refunds

Mr Goh assured people in an interview that the airline will offer refunds in the form of flight credits if the flight is cancelled. The flight credits can be used for future bookings. In case the customer wants to postpone their trip, they can do that without incurring any extra cost. Rebooking fees and no-show fees have been waived off as well. Before ending his statement, Mr Goh said that Singapore Airlines will welcome the customers and be ready to provide exceptional services again once things return to normal.
