The price for domestic lounge services would cost Rs 750 per passenger, and if the passenger is flying abroad, the price will be Rs 1400 per passenger per area. Also if the passengers are selecting for Kochi Lounge services will be the prices would be Rs 1050 for Domestic and Rs 1750 for International. The maximum usage of LoungeServices will be for 2 hours under which the passengers will get Beverage/Tea Coffee for all the domestic departures, Fixed Menu or À la carte which will depend upon the service provider, Drinks which will be restricted to 2 in case of alcoholic drinks for international departures, Hot shower facility if the passenger is travelling abroad. SpiceLounge Booking And Redemption Process
To avail SpiceLounge services passengers after completing the booking through ‘Manage my bookings’ section at www.spicejet.com can opt the offer 2 hours before departure in case of domestic flights and 3 hours before departure in case of international flights. After the completion, passengers will receive the flight booking e-ticket with a separate Lounge SSR (Special Service Request) which can be collected at SpiceJet check-in counters. In case if a passenger is opting for web check-in, they have to show their e-ticket in the check-in counter and receive the lounge voucher. Once the passengers have their lounge vouchers, they can proceed to the lounge and handover their vouchers to redeem the services offered. The lounge services will be available from Delhi
, Hyderabad, Kochi and Ahmedabad and passengers can opt for the services 2 hours before departure. If the passengers are opting for lounge services once it’s purchased and accessed to the airport lounge, it will be non-refundable in isolation. Passengers (including web check-in passengers) which have access to airport lounge must collect their duly stamped and authorised access pass from the carrier’s check-in counter, before proceeding for security check. Also, SpiceJet in any manner will not entertain any claims/ losses/ disputes in connection with the services provided by the lounge operator, and any redressal of issues concerning the services offered must be addressed directly to the respective airport lounge operator.
