If the passengers want to carry Excess Baggage on their international connection flights SpiceJet will offer the additional baggage allowances under affordable fares which will not burn the passenger’s pocket. Talking about the fare structure pre-purchase of Excess Baggage will be booked per passenger and per journey. If the passengers want to pre-book 8kgs Check-in baggage, they have to pay Rs 1200 for the extended allowance. Similarly, if the passengers wish to pre-book 15kgs and 30 kgs excess check-in baggage they have to pay Rs 2250 and Rs 4500 respectively to upgrade their baggage allowance.

Passengers must note that they can pre-book their Baggage only when they connect onto domestic SpiceJet flights while flying from or to other international flights within 24 hours of their travel. If they are not connecting to the domestic SpiceJet flight, the offer will not be applicable.

Things You Must Know Before Pre-Booking Excess Baggage

Before passengers’ pre-book their excess Baggage, they must know all the terms associated with the service. Passengers must note that the excess baggage allowance purchased for international flights will be provided for once only. If the passenger is flying to or from an international sector and is supposed to board a SpiceJet flight to a different destination within 24 hours, in this case, the baggage allowance will be provided only once. Passengers must note that the bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of travel.
