Terms and Conditions Related to Visa Services by SpiceJet

With SpiceJet’s online Visa services passengers can easily apply for Online Visa to Afghanistan, UAE, Bangladesh, India, Hong Kong, Maldives, Oman, Saudi Arabia, SriLanka and Thailand. All the visa services provided by the carrier (except for United Arab Emirates) are provided by managed by Udaan India Private Limited (Udaan). Passengers must note that online visa services will be offered to Indian citizens travelling from India to countries listed in the form except United Arab Emirates and applicable nationalities for India e-visa. If the passengers want to book their Visa services they can go Spicejet’s official website click on the Visa application and select their desired destination which will redirect them to UDAAN’s website which will ask your contact details. After submitting your details, Udaan’s official representatives will contact you within 24 hours of business working except public holidays and Sundays.

One important thing that passengers must note that all the payments made by the passengers will be made to Udaan directly. SpiceJet will not be responsible for the whole process, and all the payments made will be non-refundable. If any documents are damaged or lost in the process, SpiceJet will not be responsible for the loss. All the rates for visa Services will be subject to change without any prior information. All the known taxes, surcharges, and fees will be collected by Udaan. If in any case additional taxes, surcharges, and fees, are to be received they will be directly paid to Udaan. Once registered, your details will be collected and stored by Udaan. SpiceJet will not take any liability or responsibility towards the same. If there is any disruption in the entire process, it will be subject to courts at New Delhi, India.

UAE Visa and Marhaba Services

Once you have filled your contact details. You will be contacted by dnata under 24 hours which will guide you through the entire process, documentation and fees. On receipt of documents provided by the customers, dnata will verify all the details. After verification, the customers will be intimated via email to make a payment towards the processing of the UAE visa(s) or Marhaba Services. All the payments will be made directly to dnata and Spicejet will not be a part of the process. After the payment is made successfully, dnata will issue the UAE visa(s) or Marhaba Services voucher in 3 to 4 working days (except Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays). The vouchers then will be forwarded to customers via email by dnata. In case of any additional document required, the approval process may be delayed. If any dispute arises, it will be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India
