The grand opening of the 152 room Taj Lakefront has been announced by its parent company Indian Hotels Company or IHCL. Designed keeping in mind the rich arts and crafts of the region, the Taj Lakefront is located at a comfortable distance from the airport and other commercial locations of the city and offers an enthralling and all-around view of the lake and the picturesque hills.
Taj Lakefront to be City’s One of the Iconics
The eateries at the beautiful hotel include Infinity Lounge and Bar for the guests to enjoy innovative cocktails and Emperor Lounge to indulge in a selection of brews and bakes. Apart from these Taj Lakefront would be introducing two fine dining restaurants, Machan – the popular all-day dinner and renowned for its Chinese cuisine – House of Ming.
According to a report from hotelierinida, The CEO and MD of IHCL Puneet Chhatwal said that Taj Lakefront is the newest addition to the company’s iconic brand Taj and works within the company’s strategy of being present in every state. He described Bhopal as the greenest city in India with amazing tourism and travel potential as it is a constantly growing city and is a doorway to Madhya Pradesh, one of the largest states in India. He said that they would be looking forward to bring their trademark service ethos that has defined them over a century.
Taj Lakefront has been designed classily including banqueting and conferencing spaces with independent access and breakaway rooms which are perfect for weddings and events. Along with the city’s first-ever infinity pool, the hotel also includes the award-winning Jiva Spa, a gym, and a tennis court.
The CMD of Dilip Buidcon Limited, Dilip Suryavanshi expressed his delight to be partnering up with Indian Hotels Company for Taj Lakefront. He described the company as a pioneer in putting destinations on the global tourist map. He said that they believe this association will start a new chapter in the city’s hospitality industry.
With the addition of Taj Lakefront IHCL will have seven hotels in Madhya Pradesh.
