Things You Must Know About IndusInd Bank Offer
IndiGo has noted that the IndusInd Bank offer is availed by IndusInd Bank Limited to the customers of IndusInd who are residing in India and using credit cards for booking their IndiGo flights. Passengers must note that IndusInd will offer a 12 % cashback up to a minimum amount of Rs 5,000 only to customers opting for equated monthly instalments (EMI) payment option at the time of booking their flights. The offer will be valid only for one transaction per customer during the promotional period. Only the first valid transaction will be eligible for the offer. Once the passengers have booked the offer, the cashback will be processed within 90 days from the end of the promotional period and will be credited to the customer's bank account.
In case if the customers do not receive their cashback in 90 days, they must write directly to IndusInd customer care and ask for the details. IndiGo has also noted that offer once booked will be non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable. Passengers must note that the final decision for the EMI will be taken by IndusInd Bank will depend upon customer's performance on credit card. If the passengers are booking their flight tickets through travel agents, corporates or any other platforms, they will not be eligible for the offer as IndusInd Bank offer is specially designed for B2C customers only. If the passengers cancel their bookings fully or partially, the offer will be considered void, and no cashback will be availed to customers.
