Under the offer, if the passengers are using Federal Bank debit cards for their booking their IndiGo flight tickets, the carrier will offer 15 % cashback up to Rs 1,500. So, if the passengers wish to get an exclusive discount for booking their flight tickets, IndiGo and Federal Bank will make sure that customers enjoy their journey without making a big hole in their pockets.
Things You Must know About IndiGo Federal Bank Offer
IndiGo has noted that if the passengers want to avail the benefits of Federal Bank Offer, they must make a minimum booking of Rs 10,000 on IndiGo flights. Also, passengers will only get cashback maximum up to Rs 1,500. The offer will be powered by Federal Bank Limited for its customers who are residing in India and booking their flight tickets through Indigo’s official website or mobile app using a valid Federal Bank Debit card. IndiGo has marked that passengers will be able to book the offer until 10 January 2020. Passengers must note that the only the first valid transaction per card will be eligible for the cashback till the promotional period. If the passengers are using Federal Bank Credit cards for booking their flight tickets, they will not qualify for the offer as the offer will be only valid on Federal Bank Debit Cards. Once the booking is made, the cashback will be processed within 90 days of completion of the promotional period and will be directly credited to customer’s Federal Bank Account which will be subjected to fulfilment of all the necessary details regarding the offer.
The offer will be only valid for Indian Citizens. Also, once the customers have opted for the offer, they will not be able to transfer, exchange or encash the benefits under the offer. In case if the passengers cancel their bookings fully or partially without any reason, the booking will be considered void, and no cashback will be provided to customers. Passengers who are using their Debit cards for booking their IndiGo flights will confirm that their participation is voluntary in the offer and they will agree to the term that all the shared personal information will be shared with IndiGo’s agents, representatives, service providers and employees for promotional purposes in future.
