On-time performance shows the airline’s adherence to schedules. It is essential for the passengers for the airlines to maintain their schedule, especially for those having connection flights. It is a factor that majorly affects passenger satisfaction. Factors such as airport congestion, taxi times from the runways, gate availability, etc., which are beyond the control of an airline operator can also affect OTP.

According to DGCA report, GoAir has also recorded the second highest load factor of 93.3%. Load factor indicates the number of seats filled.

GoAir currently operates over 270 daily flights. The airline carried 13 lakhs flyers in May 2019. It provides services to 24 domestic destinations and four international destinations.
