To minimise the waiting time at the airport and give comfortable flying experience, India’s finest full-service carrier Vistara offers Priority services to its passengers boarding in Vistara flights. As a part of optional service provided by the airline, Vistara Priority enhances the economy class experience of passengers. Here are all the details you need to know about the Vistara Priority optional service provided by Vistara.

What Is Vistara Priority?

Under Vistara priority, passengers will get Priority Check-in services which will enhance their travel experience. With Priority Check-in, passengers will be able to check-in through Vistara’s exclusive premium economy counters which would result in faster check-outs. Not only this Under Vistara Priority passengers will also get Priority Boarding service which will keep them in front of the boarding gate lines. No matter how crowded the boarding gates are, with Vistara Priority Boarding passengers will be able to board the flight without any hassle. To add more in comfort the carrier will also offer Priority Baggage service which will put a priority tag in passengers baggage. With Priority tag baggage’s will be given first preference on arrivals so that it is first off the belt. So if the passengers are looking to beat the long queues and enjoy all the priority services offered by Vistara they must purchase Vistara Priority optional service.

How to Book Vistara Priority?

To avail the services of optional priority service, passengers have to pay Rs 600 per passenger if they purchase the service from Vistara’s airport ticket offices (ATOs) 60 minutes before the departure of their concerned flight. If the passengers want to get 33 % discount on their tickets, they can book the optional service in advance from Vistara’s official website and app. Passengers must note that Vistara Priority will be a complimentary service for all the Business, Premium Economy and Economy Flexi fares (for travel within India only), as well as for Club Vistara Platinum and Gold members, and Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer PPS and Gold members (for travel within and outside India).

Things You Must Know About Vistara Priority

Vistara has noted that priority services will not be applicable in bookings under Economy Lite for travel within India. To avail the benefits of  Priority services, customers must proceed towards Premium Economy counters to check-in, and they must carry their “Priority Handling” confirmation email with them to avail the facilities at the airport. Passengers must note that no modifications will be allowed once the service is booked and Priority services will be applicable for customers with confirmed tickets for a specific sector. All the confirmed tickets will be non-refundable and non-cancellable, and it needs to be purchased separately for each sector. In case if a family is travelling together, Service will be applicable to adult tickets. Children’s under 2 years of age will receive the service as a part of the complimentary service provided by Vistara. The carrier has also noted that It will reserve all the right to modify, alter, change, replace or revise the service without any notice. Also, flight timings and schedules will subject to regulatory approvals and will be revised without any prior notice.
