Vistara Wins Award for Hospitality Experience at the Skytrax World Airline Awards 2019

As a milestone in customer service, India’s full-service carrier Vistara receives ‘Best Airline Staff in Central Asia and India’ for the second time in a row at the Skytrax World Airline Awards 2019 held at Paris Air Show in France.

The travellers choose Skytrax World Airline Awards through an airline passenger satisfaction survey conducted every year. Factors such as service efficiency, friendliness, hospitality, language skills, and overall quality consistency at the airport and onboard are considered to measure customer satisfaction.

Skytrax World Airline Awards 2019 was held on the sidelines of Paris Air Show.

Vistara wins titles at the 2019 TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Awards

Besides Skytrax World Airline Awards, Vistara also bagged titles of ‘Best Airline – India’ and ‘Best Regional Airline – Asia’ at 2019 TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Awards.

Vistara is a joint venture of Tata Sons Limited and Singapore Airlines Limited (SIA). Tata Sons holds the majority stake of 51% in the company and SIA holds the remaining 49%.
