Etihad Airways to Showcase Abu Dhabi as World-Class Racing Destination

In light of the United Arab Emirates (UAE’s) golden jubilee year, Etihad Airways has launched the third phase of the celebration. In the third phase, the airline will showcase Formula 1, Music, and Fashion of the UAE over a three week period. Etihad Airways will be launching a series of videos in the coming three weeks starting with an Emirati female racing driver, Amna Al Qubaisi, who will show off Abu Dhabi as one of the best and world-class racing destinations across the world. Al Qubaisi is the daughter of Emirati endurance racer Khaled Al Qubaisi, and at just 21 years old already races in professional Formula 3 races, primarily in the F3 Asian Championships. Amna Al Qubaisi hosted a British motorsport expert and a prominent figure on YouTube – Sam Fane of @seenthroughglass at Yas Marina Circuit. Fane has a global reach with over five million people visiting his channels every month. In the video, Fane is seen enjoying the comforts of flying in Etihad’s Business class on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner from London Heathrow to Abu Dhabi. On arrival, he is met by his mystery host, Al Qubaisi, who challenges him to a race in Formula 1 cars around Yas Marina Circuit.
