Things You Must Know About GoAir Christmas Meals
GoAir has especially noted that the customers will be able to enjoy the Christmas meal between 20th to 30th December 2019. Passengers have to book their pre-book their meals through the carrier’s official website or mobile app. Customers will be able to pre-book their meal until 29th December 2019. Once the last date is over GoAir will not entertain any bookings and passengers won’t be able to get special meals on-board. Under the Christmas meals, passengers will get Veg and Non-Veg Calzone and Cakes. To add more in the menu, passengers will also get Chips and Juices under the Special meals. GoAir has also noted that special meals will not be available in all sectors.
It will only be applicable in selected sectors. In case if the carrier is unable to provide the special meals due to availability issues, passengers can get their refunds by writing to GoAir’s customer feedback portal. If the passengers are paying through different modes, GoAir will refund the entire amount of the meals in the same form of payment done at the time of bookings. Passengers must note that refund will be only given in case of non-availability of meals on-board. If the passengers have booked special meals, it will not be refunded or cancelled. GoAir has strictly marked that If the passengers refuse to accept the Christmas meal in-flight, the entire amount paid by them for the special meals will be forfeited and the passengers will not get any refund.
