Total Cabin Baggage approved in AirAsia

For all the passengers boarding in AirAsia, they will be allowed to carry one cabin baggage and one personal handbag/laptop bag or small bag. The dimensions of the cabin bag must be 56cm (H) X 36cm (W) X 23cm (D) and for all the personal handbags it should be 40cm (H) X 30cm (W) X 10cm (D). Passengers should note that the combined weight of all the bags must not exceed 7kg, passengers must also take care that All carry-on luggage should fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of them. Passengers will be allowed to carry medicines, baby food consisting of pastes and liquids, non-liquid foundations, Fresh or Frozen seafood/meat which should be packed properly.

Total Checked Baggage approved in AirAsia

If you’re boarding in AirAsia, the checked baggage will not be included in the base fare which you’ll pay for the flight. The checked baggage allowances will come in different categories and different fares. The groups will be included into Supersize Regular, medium, large and extra-large which will allow passengers to carry 15 kgs, 20kgs, 25 kgs and 30 Kgs respectively and all the fares will vary according to the airport destination and departure.

Talking about the dimensions of the luggage it should match the mentioned size of 119cm (H) x 119cm (W) x 81cm (D) for each bag. Also if the passengers have opted for any special add on services or Value Pack or they are flying on Premium Flex or Premium Flatbed, a checked baggage allowance will be given to them in the fare.
