Itineraries can now be booked on emirates.com, as well as through travel agents and online travel agencies (OTAs). Tickets purchased after June 2022 are instantly usable.
Passengers of Emirates may now book flights to eight new destinations from Johannesburg, five new destinations from Cape Town, and one new destination from Durban. Bloemfontein, Hoedspruit, Port Elizabeth, Kimberley, George, and East London are just a few of the new route possibilities.
Emirates presently operates daily flights from Johannesburg to Dubai, daily flights from Cape Town to Dubai, and five weekly flights to and from Durban. More connection alternatives are also being pursued by the airline, which will bring value to its passengers through a better experience.
The airline has increased its coverage to 79 regional sites in southern Africa owing to the resumption of its South African Airways alliance, as well as its codeshare partnership with Airlink and interlines with Cemair and FlySafair.
