The codeshare partnership between Emirates and Airlink has been activated. Customers may construct their perfect itinerary with Emirates and Airlink, and gain from flawless connections and a single reservation reference spanning eight domestic South African cities via Emirates' gateways of Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban.

Passengers of Emirates may now book flights to eight new destinations from Johannesburg, five new destinations from Cape Town, and one new destination from Durban. Bloemfontein, Hoedspruit, Port Elizabeth, Kimberley, George, and East London are just a few of the new route possibilities.

Emirates presently operates daily flights from Johannesburg to Dubai, daily flights from Cape Town to Dubai, and five weekly flights to and from Durban. More connection alternatives are also being pursued by the airline, which will bring value to its passengers through a better experience.

The airline has increased its coverage to 79 regional sites in southern Africa owing to the resumption of its South African Airways alliance, as well as its codeshare partnership with Airlink and interlines with Cemair and FlySafair.
