Jet Airways to Hire Female Air Hostesses First on Domestic Flights
When Jet Airways becomes operational, it will be following in the footsteps of Vistara, which began hiring male cabin staff in March 2018, just three years after its launch.

- Jet Airways stated it will fly flights with female cabin crew members in the beginning and then hire male cabin crew members after it reaches a specific operating capacity.
- The airline will receive its air operator certificate (AOC) after it conducts it proving flights successfully.
- Jet Airways has always had a gender-neutral hiring policy, and that will continue, the spokesperson said.
