Level airline
As part of its Summer 2022 programme, LEVEL airline has resumed direct flights between Barcelona and Boston, the United States' oldest city.

The flights will operate three times a week, on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and will be the only non-stop connection between the two cities. A round-trip ticket to Boston will cost as little as €289.

The route will be LEVEL's fourth to the United States, which has progressively increased in importance for the airline. This summer, LEVEL will provide more than 11,000 weekly seats on its US routes, more than double what it did before the epidemic in 2019. The airline now operates a daily route to Los Angeles and four weekly flights to both New York and San Francisco from its Barcelona base.

The airline has restarted flights to Boston less than a month after resuming flights to San Francisco and launching its Los Angeles route. An Airbus A330-200 is used on both flights.

LEVEL's commercial director, Luca Adrover, stated,

“The Boston route reaffirms our commitment and commitment to the United States, which has already become our most important international market and where we operate a greater number of routes. In addition, Boston is a city that condenses university talent and innovation, as well as a multitude of tourist attractions that make it an ideal destination to discover this summer”.

To enter the United States, all travellers, whether vaccinated or not, must have an antigen test or a negative PCR test done within the recent 24 hours. LEVEL has negotiated arrangements with the medical businesses Quirónprevención and Arquimea that allow the tests to be performed at a lower cost in order to alleviate any inconvenience that would deter travel demand.
