India’s budget carrier SpiceJet has announced special fares to celebrate the festive season. The airline’s ‘Wow Winter Sale’ offers an all-inclusive one-way fare starting at Rs 1,122 for travel from December 27 to 31.

“This Winter, pack your bags and chill at your favourite destinations with SpiceJet’s Wow Winter Sale,” SpiceJet tweeted, announcing the offers.

The all-inclusive fare is applicable on destinations such as Jammu–Srinagar, Chennai–Bengaluru, Chennai–Hyderabad, Bengaluru–Chennai, among others on its domestic network.

Besides the special fare, SpiceJet also waives the one-time change fee on sale fare tickets so that customers can get flexibility on their travel plans. Passengers can modify their flight date in case of a change in the travel plan without a one-time change fee. The passenger must modify the booking at least two days before the flight departure date to grab the offer. The fare difference, if any, will be applicable.

SpiceJet offers complimentary vouchers, discounts and more

Additional goodies include a complimentary flight voucher worth Rs 500 with every sale fare booking for the following travel and a flat 25% instant discount on add-ons such as SpiceMax, preferred seats and priority services. The customer can use the promo code ‘ADDON25’ on SpiceJet’s website to get the offer.

Although the sale offer is applicable for bookings made from December 27 to 31, 2021, the applicable travel period validity for these bookings is from January 15, 2022, to April 15, 2022.

The complimentary flight vouchers can be redeemed between January 15 and 31, 2022, for travel till September 30, 2022. The flat 25% instant discount on select add-ons is valid till December 31, 2021.

Passengers can book tickets on sale offer on www.spicejet.com, online travel portals, the SpiceJet mobile app, and travel agents. The offer is applicable on limited seats only and is available only on a first-come, first-served basis.

The offer is expected to increase the bookings amid the Omicron scare. The airline continues to see around 380,000 daily passengers even in the midst of pandemics. Omicron may dampen the flight travels in the upcoming months.
