Vistara Baby-on-Board Services:
As a part of Vistara Exclusives Baby-on-Board Service, customers travelling with an infant will be allowed an extra baggage allowance of 7Kg. The excess baggage of 7Kg can be carried as hand baggage or check-in baggage or divided among the two, as per the convenience of the customer.
We have already discussed Vistara Woman Flyer Service some days back. As a part of the Service, Solo mothers travelling with infant(s) can enjoy arrival assistance on request, completely free of cost. Customers can look for Vistara Staff at the baggage claim area holding #VistaraWomenFlyer arrival assistance placards. This personnel will also escort the customer up to a taxi upon request.
This special service is available for travel within India only. The infant must be less than two years of age at the date and time of departure, and the accompanying adult must carry an infant boarding pass.
